Bad Night

My sleep last night was a real torment. I remember reading from emails that soaking your feet in lukewarm water will cure headache and I decided to give that a try. Okay, I think that it really alleviate a little of my headache.

Who knows that I will wake up at 5am with another bad case of headache and one my leg aching as well. Counting sheeps won’t make me sleep.

Sharon says that I’m having ‘lao ren bing’ (old folk’s illness). *bawl* I think that I’m really getting old.

And I’m still having slight ache in my head and leg whilst typing this post.
